Thank you for your interest in our Oncology Esthetics® training. Please select a class date from the list below and enter your current esthetic license if available.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – 2012
Class Minimums
In order to accommodate the many requests for our clinical Oncology Esthetics® (COE) trainings in various locations, we now have a minimum class requirement of twelve (12) students for all trainings scheduled. Trainings with less than twelve students registered will be cancelled.
*Touch For Cancer Online is not responsible for travel or related costs under any circumstances. Students may want to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that minimums are not met, and the training is cancelled, or that they cannot attend for personal or professional reasons.
Cancellation
100% of the training fee is refundable if student cancels up to sixty (60) days prior to the training dates. All cancellations over sixty (60) days will incur a $100 administration fee.
Training fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel within thirty (30) days of the training date.
Re-Scheduling
Payment for our COE training may be applied to another date within one (1) year of original training date, and this can only be applied IF we find a replacement to fill our minimum number of students per class.
Re-Take
All COE graduates can re-take the training at their convenience, providing space is available, at the cost of $100.
Should COE graduate require new training materials and products, there will be an additional cost of $100.
Educators
From time to time, alternate educators will be replacing Mórag Currin when her schedule is very busy. Educators facilitating on behalf of Mórag are COE graduates who have been trained by her personally and currently have all necessary experience and credentials to fulfil their role.

Re-Certification
Our COE training requires re-certification every two years. As cancer therapies change, new drugs and side effects need to be taken into account.
Re-certification tests are done online.
